AVOID this place at all costs. Received the worst haircut of my life today on what was supposed to be a special occasion. They completely ruined it for me. Not only is the haircut terrible, but the stylist also injured my neck. It's red, raw, and cut from the botched job she did. This was meant to be a significant moment for me, and they've completely ruined it with this disaster. I look ridiculous with this haircut and my neck is a mess. There's even a chunk of hair missing from the side of my head. I'll be contacting the manager tomorrow to see if they can rectify some of these issues, and I definitely need a refund because paying for them to ruin my big moment is unacceptable.
I usually get my hair cut every 2-3 weeks. I would have rated higher, but they allowed someone to jump the queue because they knew them. Despite acknowledging that I was next, they still let him go first. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes, and it definitely affected my tip!
Visited this place with my partner during a work trip for a quick haircut... The stylist was friendly, but her cutting skills were absolutely TERRIBLE! He requested a few inches off his mullet, a side shave, and thinning at the back... I had to intervene 3 times as she couldn't get it right. The haircut was so uneven, the side shave was longer on one side, no trimming behind the ear, and no overall check for evenness. Do they hire licensed stylists here? Or just pick people off the street? Even my 3-year-old could have done a better job. Paying $20 plus a tip for that haircut was a complete disappointment! Sharing some photos of the disastrous haircut he received! It was embarrassing to see him walk around the next day with such a messy cut that looked like a child did it! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST VISITING THIS PLACE!
