AVOID this place at all costs. Received the worst haircut of my life today on what was supposed to be a special occasion. They completely ruined it for me. Not only is the haircut terrible, but the stylist also injured my neck. It's red, raw, and cut from the botched job she did. This was meant to be a significant moment for me, and they've completely ruined it with this disaster. I look ridiculous with this haircut and my neck is a mess. There's even a chunk of hair missing from the side of my head. This was one of the worst haircuts I've ever received. I waited 7 minutes for my turn, which was fine. However, towards the end, since the next customer arrived, the barber rushed through my haircut and skipped the beard trim I had paid for, citing time constraints, even though he was late in attending to me. I requested a shaggy cut as I was donating 13 inches of my hair (I quickly retrieved my donation bag from the car in less than a minute). The sides were faded too short, almost like a buzz cut, and the top resembled a military cut rather than a shaggy style. Additionally, the uneven bangs required correction by another professional. I was informed that my therapist was running 10-15 minutes late, which was not a big issue. However, my appointment actually started half an hour late. The massage session began well, but after about 10 minutes, I noticed that the therapist was only using one hand to massage my shoulder and neck. He continuously rubbed the bony part of my shoulder to the point where it felt like my skin was being rubbed raw, even though it wasn't. When I mentioned this, he moved on but continued to focus on the same areas without addressing the tension. I suspect he was using his phone with one hand while massaging with the other. I have had massages before and know what to expect, and this experience was below par. My neck and shoulders felt stiffer after the massage.
