Excellent service. I was quite anxious initially, but I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome here. May skillfully executed the highlight and hair wash, and at the end of the session, she even provided a soothing head and shoulder massage. Sandy expertly styled my hair. On my first visit during the summer, I had only planned for a highlight and hair dye. I will definitely return for a haircut and root touch-up in the future. Many thanks.

I showed a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, but what I ended up with was a dark pink, almost purple color - far from the highlights I had requested. Half of my hair turned pink, and the color washed out within just two days. Spending $100 and three hours in the salon only to have the color fade quickly felt like a waste of time and money. I may consider returning for a simple trim in the future, but for precise coloring, I would recommend investing in a high-end salon where the results last longer.

Service here is extremely poor, with constant chatter and phone use. Despite clearly explaining my desired haircut multiple times, the stylist spent a mere five minutes on it and declared it finished. The end result resembled a child's attempt at cutting hair with scissors. I will not be returning to this establishment.
