My gel shellac manicure was completed before a crucial event. Unfortunately, the gel started peeling off within 2 hours of returning home, appearing unsightly. Initially, they refused refunds for clients, but eventually made an exception to reimburse me. I lacked the time to have them redone before my appointment.
