I came to this salon for a blowout during my visit from another place. Since I didn't have my own tools, I relied on their service. Kathryn was the stylist assigned to me. She spent only around 2 minutes "washing" my long hair, which felt more like a quick application of product on the top of my head followed by a rinse. Moving on to detangling, Kathryn complained about the tangles in my hair and proceeded to brush from the roots instead of starting from the ends, which is the proper method. My hair is fine and wavy-curly, and it should have been detangled while wet with conditioner, not in the rough manner she did.
