I came to this salon for a blowout during my visit from another place. Since I didn't have my own tools, I relied on their service. Kathryn was the stylist assigned to me. She spent only around 2 minutes "washing" my long hair, which felt more like a quick application of product on the top of my head followed by a rinse. Moving on to detangling, Kathryn complained about the tangles in my hair and proceeded to brush from the roots instead of starting from the ends, which is the proper method. My adolescent child visited this establishment for a Halloween costume nail treatment. She expressed her desire for a fire-themed design and requested that her nails remain short for volleyball. The attendant informed her that maintaining short nails was unattainable due to the acrylics and criticized the fire design as "outdated and passé." The end result was severely crooked, prone to chipping, and excessively elongated. A fee of $60 was imposed for nails that will necessitate removal.
