They are friendly and always strive to grasp my preferences, be it color, nail length, design, etc. They are eager to please and consistently deliver excellent results!
Very disappointing experience. I have visited this place several times before today and each time has been the same. They always say they will be right with you, but it takes a long time to get help. Moreover, the lady who works there is very rude and unprofessional. When we walked in, she was shopping while starting my friend's nails simultaneously. They didn't apply the nail polish all the way up my nails, making it look like I needed a refill. One of my nails also came off on the first day, prompting me to go back because I noticed she had applied too many layers of a color, which was visible on the side. I will never return here; I will seek service elsewhere.
They require more manicurists/nail techs/cosmetologists! They work tirelessly, just the two of them. Especially in need of assistance for cleaning & sanitizing! Great job on my toes, though!
