Sara Sosnowski is exceptional. She consistently works wonders on my hair, and I always depart feeling fantastic. She handles my coloring, and it lasts longer than any other stylist I've visited.
Absolutely the most terrible hair salon experience ever!! My hair was fried and the haircut was more of an uneven hack job. I would never suggest this place. They didn't even attempt to rectify the situation after I raised my concerns. Beware, ladies and gentlemen.
This location is truly dreadful!!! The individual working there, who supposedly possesses over 30 years of experience, clearly lacked the necessary skills. She completely ruined my Child's hair, who simply desired blonde highlights. Instead, her hair turned out to be orange, yellow, & pink WITH SPOTS EVERYWHERE. Additionally, she trimmed about 6 inches off and haphazardly chopped it, resulting in a highly uneven appearance. My child only wanted a slight trim, nowhere close to that much being cut off. My Child was in tears!!!! My Child paid $280 to have her hair utterly destroyed. The individual only offered $100 as compensation & dyed her hair a dark shade to conceal all the errors, even leaving dye stains all over her neck & forehead. Utterly unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
