Absolutely adore this place. I've visited a few times for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, and it's always immaculately clean with fantastic nail work. The ambiance is consistently tranquil and peaceful, just as the name suggests. If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. They used the same manicure tools on me that were previously used on another customer, including cuticle clippers, nail clippers, and other tools. This is not only unsanitary but also unacceptable. When I raised this concern, they responded defensively.
