Absolutely adore this place. I've visited a few times for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, and it's always immaculately clean with fantastic nail work. The ambiance is consistently tranquil and peaceful, just as the name suggests. Highly recommended.
Regrettably, my initial visit was far from pleasant. I have an injury on my right lower leg, from the knee downwards, which will require surgery next year. I specifically requested the nail technician to refrain from massaging that leg and to only use a warm towel compress. However, she disregarded my request and attempted to massage the leg. When I reiterated to focus only on my foot, she made fun of me and laughed with another nail technician. It's disheartening that my leg pain was a source of amusement for her when the primary focus should have been the pedicure. Additionally, I have a tiny big toe nail that is in the process of regrowing. Both myself and my friend had to remind her three times not to file it, which should have been basic knowledge for her. Surprisingly, she did not massage my feet at all, only my left calf and shin. The callus remover treatment was ineffective, as my feet looked the same as when I arrived. To top it off, they asked for payment and inquired about an 18% tip on my card before the service was even completed! Moving forward, I will be sticking to Rainbow Nails in the town center and T-Nails in Riverside.
Last time I visited Harmony, I was surprised not to see the familiar faces I was accustomed to... it had been about half a year since my last visit, and I was delighted to reunite with the regulars! Taylor gives an exceptional pedicure with a soothing massage, and I can't recall the gentleman who tended to my manicure - I believe he is the proprietor or manager, and he displayed great attention to detail with my nails. I am quite particular about my cuticles and nail length. It was a joy to see the familiar team back :)
