Opted for a 30-minute deep tissue but now wish I had gone for the full hour! The establishment was spotless and inviting, and they even served delicious tea post-massage! The session itself was incredible, offering a profound sense of relief and healing, not just physically but emotionally. The masseuse's technique and attentiveness were exceptional. Despite some negative reviews, my experience here was outstanding! The staff, some male and with limited English, may be misunderstood, but the service is top-notch. If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. They used the same manicure tools on me that were previously used on another customer, including cuticle clippers, nail clippers, and other tools. This is not only unsanitary but also unacceptable. When I raised this concern, they responded defensively.
