If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. They used the same manicure tools on me that were previously used on another customer, including cuticle clippers, nail clippers, and other tools. This is not only unsanitary but also unacceptable. When I raised this concern, they responded defensively. I am enamored with this beauty salon. The value for the price is unparalleled. I have frequented this place for both haircuts and coloring since relocating to the area. I tend to schedule appointments sporadically, resulting in a different stylist each time, and every one of them has been fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and enjoyable.
