I visited yesterday for a nail session, but unfortunately, my nails are already peeling today. The technician didn't quite meet my expectations despite showing him a reference picture. He accidentally gouged my thumb nail, and my nails ended up uneven and slanted. I returned today hoping they could remove the polish so I could redo them at home, but they had closed early. Now, I'm stuck with subpar, peeling nails for the weekend. I even provided a picture for reference to show how off the result was.
I've visited this place a few times now and I'm always delighted with my nails! The salon is impeccably clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly. I'll definitely continue coming here for my gel manicures!
Upon inspecting my nails post-service, I noticed a significant bump on my middle finger. I informed the technician that it wasn't right and needed correction, as it had peeled in a previous instance. She assured me it would be fine, applied pressure to flatten it, added another layer of matte polish, and cured it under the light. However, two days later, while driving out of state for a week, it started peeling again! I am extremely dissatisfied after spending well over $100 there. The technician didn't want to take the time to rectify it properly, and the initial job wasn't up to par. For those seeking quality, I suggest looking elsewhere as it's not to be found here!
