I would rate higher if not for the excellent customer service. However, I was informed that I had to pay an additional fee for a bag as the store has transitioned away from plastic bags. I had to leave carrying all my items in hand. It is frustrating to have to purchase a bag just to take my purchases home. This policy is unreasonable!
I typically do not leave reviews, but the service I received here has been consistently poor, prompting me to share my experience. I have visited this Sally's location 4-5 times, encountering the same woman each visit, who I assume is the owner or manager. She appears disinterested, texting on her phone while customers wait to check out. It seems she is bothered by the presence of customers in the store. Despite initially dismissing it as a bad day, this behavior has persisted, leading me to take my business elsewhere.
I reached out earlier to inquire if the employee on duty could suggest a toner suitable for my hair that has started to yellow. My partner was picking it up for me, and despite his best efforts, he has struggled in the past. The toner recommended turned out to be the absolute best I've ever used, and it was more affordable than I had anticipated. Additionally, when my partner arrived, they inquired about the length of my hair to ensure I had enough for the job. I am immensely grateful for the assistance and the exceptional toner recommendation. 😁
