Rewriting my feedback because somehow my previous one vanished. 🙃 After buffing my big toes excessively, they are now incredibly soft AND bruised. Both toenails appear dark. AVOID THIS PLACE.
My nails are in disarray - painted poorly, the acrylic application was subpar. Ugh, I despise them. I'll be soaking them off tomorrow!
NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! Upon entering, I inquired with the individual if they could perform ombré nails. I even displayed a picture of my desired outcome. I was present for 3 hours only to find that my nails did not resemble what I had requested. Instead of an ombré effect, there were just two distinct color sections. When I requested a touch of gold glitter, it was applied in excess to mask the botched ombré as if I wouldn't notice. Other salons where I've had this done took a maximum of one hour, not three. Despite my disappointment, I still paid for the service as I was too exhausted to address the issue. Had the technician been honest about not knowing how to do ombré nails, I would have opted for something simpler like all black nails with gold glitter. I probably shouldn't have paid and should have requested removal, but I had already spent too much time there and didn't want to prolong my visit. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE TO AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY OR TIME! The comparison between what I wanted and what I received, as shown in the photos I posted, is stark. I have no intention of returning there under any circumstances.
