Incredible experience. The studio is spotless and the staff is welcoming. I had been told for years that I couldn't have a hoop for my nose ring due to its placement. To my surprise, Matt managed to reopen my piercing without the need for a new one, allowing me to sport my desired hoop ring. He was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the process.
