The individual who manages the front desk and handles calls is truly exceptional (possibly the most hospitable and supportive individual ever, to be honest).
I reserved a massage here for my birthday. Taylor is an incredibly skilled therapist who seemed to know exactly where I needed attention. I feel absolutely rejuvenated. Owen, who is at the front desk, greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived. Upon learning it was my birthday, he had a slice of cake with a candle ready for me post-massage. Such a considerate gesture. I will definitely be getting a membership - looking forward to returning!
