I am truly let down by my recent salon visit. Despite high hopes for a haircut as advertised on their site, my experience fell short. Upon arrival, I was ignored for nearly ten minutes by the two stylists present. When the stylist I had a confirmed appointment with finally noticed me, she seemed clueless about my booking and mentioned she only does trims, not haircuts. She claimed there was no detail about the appointment to expect. Even though the site makes you leave your info to book. (She could've contacted me to avoid this.) Thankfully, she directed me to a great stylist at Salons by JC who gave me exactly what I wanted.
Update April 2024: I've been a client at this salon for over two years. Gina cuts my hair and my eldest daughter's hair. Best haircut I've ever had! Recently, I brought my youngest daughter in for Chrissy to work her magic. She spent over two hours straightening my daughter's very full, coily hair into smooth locks that reach the middle of her back. She was patient with my daughter and did an amazing job teaching her about hair care and products for her hair type. She took her time and made my daughter feel beautiful! We are sold and will be back again! Thank you, Chrissy!
