Ventured into a beauty academy for the first time for a haircut. The staff displayed remarkable kindness and ensured I was well looked after. Instructor Ashley provided constant support and guidance throughout the process, making me feel at ease. The entire team was incredibly attentive. Stylist Naleena was exceptionally kind and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. I will definitely return!
Regrettably, my recent visit to this student salon left me utterly disappointed. The haircut I received was undoubtedly one of the worst I have ever had. The student stylist appeared to lack even the most fundamental hair cutting skills. While I understand that students are still in the learning phase, I had hoped for a reasonable outcome. Instead, I was left feeling devastated and embarrassed by the result. Witnessing my hair, I couldn't help but cry, and the memory still brings distress. I fear that if this student graduates and enters a salon, they may harm others' hair as well. I strongly caution against risking your hair at this establishment. It seems the students are experimenting without adequate supervision or training. Exercise caution and reconsider before visiting this salon.
Serena was truly exceptional!! She approached my hair with great care and attention to detail. She patiently listened to my preferences and graciously addressed all of my inquiries. Not only did she deliver a fantastic haircut, but she also imparted valuable knowledge on various hair products for me to explore! I eagerly anticipate my next appointment with her!
