I won't be returning. I consulted with Jen and presented several images featuring very light blonde highlights with a money piece and a brunette base. However, I departed with entirely brunette hair. When I asked my loved ones about the color, they all identified it as brown. No highlights were visible. I spent close to $400 for my natural hair color, which was not my intention. Furthermore, the haircut lacks cohesion. The layers do not blend seamlessly, resulting in an awkward appearance. I am dissatisfied. Additionally, Jen mentioned following up with me in a week or two to inquire about my satisfaction with the hair color, but that never happened. I believe the salon falls short of expectations, especially considering the cost. Just a heads-up, you need to pay extra for hair drying services.
Shannon Gray is truly exceptional! Their expertise is outstanding, and they effectively alleviate my back and foot discomfort. They exude a welcoming demeanor and a relaxed attitude that instantly puts you at ease. I've been a loyal patron for a year now, and I'm committed for life! The facility also boasts a wonderful waiting area complete with robes, slippers, tea, water, snacks, and warm towels for your comfort. Kudos to Stone water for consistently delivering an outstanding experience!
Daya is a remarkable individual and a joy to converse with! Their nail work is top-notch! The fragrance here is delightful; I wish it were available for purchase!
