I won't be returning. I consulted with Jen and presented several images featuring very light blonde highlights with a money piece and a brunette base. However, I departed with entirely brunette hair. When I asked my loved ones about the color, they all identified it as brown. No highlights were visible. I spent close to $400 for my natural hair color, which was not my intention. Furthermore, the haircut lacks cohesion. The layers do not blend seamlessly, resulting in an awkward appearance. I am dissatisfied. Additionally, Jen mentioned following up with me in a week or two to inquire about my satisfaction with the hair color, but that never happened. I believe the salon falls short of expectations, especially considering the cost.
