I accompanied my friend for a complete transformation! John and Tina truly exceeded our expectations with their exceptional skills and service.
Under new management, I visited the establishment and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The foot spa was incredibly relaxing, and the mani-pedi was top-notch. The recent renovations added to the ambiance, prompting me to also opt for a haircut. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a range of services. I look forward to booking a facial during my next visit.
1. I applied gel nail polish and it started peeling the very next day, despite being advertised to last 1-2 weeks. 2. I made two appointments with Rose, but both times I didn't get my hair cut. The lack of respect for customers' time is evident when they casually apologize for being behind schedule. While I understand minor delays, disregarding two scheduled clients in a row is unacceptable. Despite rushing to arrive an hour early for my 11 am appointment, Rose claimed she was unaware of my booking and had no time for me. I left my contact information for any issues, but received no notification of the cancellation. It's disheartening to experience such poor customer service.
