The establishment is exceptionally clean, serene, and calming. Stylist Sal provided me with a thorough and relaxing Shampoo & Therapeutic treatment; it felt more like a mini spa day at the salon. Empress Toya (Owner) did an outstanding job on my crotchet passion twists. She is a kind individual with a beautiful soul. I would absolutely suggest trying out any services offered at The Natural Hair Doc Luxury Salon Studio.☺️
The salon is very elegant and cozy, all the staff there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, finding parking was a breeze.
Owner Tanya attended to me, she's alright but quite forceful. No need to Exert excessive pressure on the hair, Loc's are heavy on their own as they grow longer. With my thin hair, I made it clear to her that having Loc's with very fine hair caused discomfort on my scalp. She showed EXTREME insensitivity towards my situation & requested me to leave. I then mentioned I have a skin condition, as she finished styling my hair with two-strand twists, my scalp was throbbing in pain. I've visited many locticians, and she has truly gone overboard in stressing the scalp. The hair looked good but I would NOT recommend her to anyone due to the ignorance of people & their needs.
