AnnMarie is absolutely exceptional. She is always accommodating with scheduling and consistently delivers outstanding results. The entire team is not only friendly but also incredibly skilled!
This establishment is lacking in professionalism. I had set up an appointment with Alex, alexhairartistry on Instagram for a Saturday morning. Despite being aware that I reside out of town, they failed to show up without any prior notification. It was only after one of the employees at the salon contacted them that they called me, citing their children's illness as the reason for their absence. They promised to reschedule later that day but never followed through. A month later, I attempted to schedule another appointment with them, only to be stood up once more. Their communication was lacking as they only responded to my message two hours later, again blaming their child's illness. While I understand unforeseen circumstances, the lack of communication was disappointing. I would advise seeking services elsewhere as there are superior salons available.
