I absolutely adore my nails, and they were incredibly pleasant. Ivy offers fantastic deals and is definitely worth the wait. They are an excellent listener... haha, I tend to talk a lot, but they were so engaging. Getting my nails done with them was the most comfortable experience I've ever had! Pure glamour! Ivy is an exceptional artist. 🎨 They never fail to impress. I've been a loyal client for 3 months, visiting every 2 weeks. Not once have my nails lifted or chipped. They truly pay attention to your nail design preferences and surpass your expectations. Their prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the top-notch quality of their acrylics. They also do a fantastic job with my eyebrow waxing 😍 I constantly receive compliments on my nails. Even when they require a fill, I still receive praise. Ivy is hands down the best nail technician I've encountered since 2005. 😍
The service felt rushed, resulting in uneven and bumpy nails. The nail polish only covers the top of my nails, leaving the sides bare. They need to slow down and ensure a thorough job. While it's just one person, perfecting the nails will lead to satisfied customers returning regularly. Additionally, the attitude displayed was somewhat impolite; being kinder to customers is essential.
