My grandma and I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I got cut, and my toe started bleeding. Despite my repeated requests, they didn't remove the callus on my toe. When I showed the manager my bleeding toe and callus, she dismissed it, saying everything was fine. I expressed my discomfort and dissatisfaction with the service. The manager got angry, raised her voice, and insisted I pay since they had already worked on my toes. Avoid this place! Instead, try Elsa's Nail Spa and Lashes near Mt. I absolutely adore my nails, and they were incredibly pleasant. Ivy offers fantastic deals and is definitely worth the wait.
