Absolutely loved it, the staff is amazing. Emily styled my hair for the first time at a fair price. I have challenging hair, and she did a great job. However, I reached out to her because I noticed a few small areas that needed a bit more attention within 3 days, and I haven't received a response. I sent a text as we had previously communicated. But like I mentioned, it was my first time getting my hair done by her and she didn't damage it. Great work! I just hoped for a follow-up. Still waiting! I went in for a hair trim (layered) and the person who cut my hair did not follow my instructions, cutting it shorter despite my request not to touch the length of the longest layer. She should not have been paid. I will not return for hair coloring. Very disappointing.
