I went in for a hair trim (layered) and the person who cut my hair did not follow my instructions, cutting it shorter despite my request not to touch the length of the longest layer. She should not have been paid. I will not return for hair coloring. Very disappointing. I even spoke to her in Spanish just in case and clearly explained what I wanted.
Love the way they cut hair. I drive from Anaheim just to get my haircut.
