I went in for a hair trim (layered) and the person who cut my hair did not follow my instructions, cutting it shorter despite my request not to touch the length of the longest layer. She should not have been paid. I will not return for hair coloring. Very disappointing. Absolutely loved it, the staff is amazing. Emily styled my hair for the first time at a fair price. I have challenging hair, and she did a great job. However, I reached out to her because I noticed a few small areas that needed a bit more attention within 3 days, and I haven't received a response. I sent a text as we had previously communicated. But like I mentioned, it was my first time getting my hair done by her and she didn't damage it. Great work! I just hoped for a follow-up. Still waiting! My grandma and I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I got cut, and my toe started bleeding. Despite my repeated requests, they didn't remove the callus on my toe. When I showed the manager my bleeding toe and callus, she dismissed it, saying everything was fine. I expressed my discomfort and dissatisfaction with the service. The manager got angry, raised her voice, and insisted I pay since they had already worked on my toes. Avoid this place! Instead, try Elsa's Nail Spa and Lashes near Mt.
