During my high school years, I visited this establishment for laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line. I paid for a full set of sessions for my underarms, but unfortunately, it did not yield any results. After attending 7 or 8 sessions, I saw no improvement. Despite being told that the laser was on the highest setting and that I needed to keep coming back and paying out of pocket for it to eventually work, I persisted with no success. There was no guarantee offered, unlike some other offices that operate on a "pay a base price until it works" system. I, with fair skin and very dark hair, followed all pre and post-care instructions diligently. To this day, I still have to wax my underarms weekly. Subsequently, I attempted the same treatment for my bikini line, attending around 12 sessions, which resulted in some long-term hair thinning but not to the extent I had hoped for. I still need to shave every other day. Overall, I spent approximately $1500 on treatments that did not deliver the desired results, with the staff encouraging me to continue despite the lack of progress. While most of the staff were friendly, I am disappointed that no one suggested stopping the treatments considering the lack of efficacy. I plan to try another company recommended by a friend to determine if it was the machine or my body's response. My dissatisfaction stems not from the treatment's failure but from the insistence on continuing despite minimal success.

She assisted me in finding the most suitable package deal for the areas I wanted to target. During my initial appointment, I completed some informative paperwork. My first session was with Lauren—she alleviated my anxiety and made me feel at ease. For the basic package, I was finished in about 45 minutes. The sensation was mild and quite tolerable! It felt more like a warming effect than pain. In areas with thicker hair, there was a slight pinching sensation, but despite having a low pain threshold, I found it to be remarkably easy and painless! Following my first session, I already noticed a difference! The hair was thinner and patchy in regrowth. I recently had my second appointment with Marissa, who was equally fantastic! She provided insights on the long-term results and the number of sessions I would require for annual maintenance. She also addressed inquiries about other areas of interest. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the facility is well-maintained. I have always been seen promptly for my appointments, and they are excellent with scheduling, especially considering my upcoming travel plans and sun exposure concerns. I cannot recommend them enough! I will be referring all my friends and family here!

The owner, Michael, was very pleasant and addressed any questions or concerns I had. The technicians are highly knowledgeable, thorough, and take pride in their work. The facility is immaculate, and the wait time is minimal, if any. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I have referred numerous friends, all of whom are satisfied.
