I am a huge fan of LLB and its team. My lashes always look flawless, thanks to the meticulous care provided. The cleanliness of the salon and equipment after each client is commendable. Miles consistently gives me full, natural-looking lashes that receive numerous compliments. Some even mistake them for my own! LLB is truly the best place for lashes. A perfect 10/10.

During my high school years, I visited this establishment for laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line. I paid for a full set of sessions for my underarms, but unfortunately, it did not yield any results. After attending 7 or 8 sessions, I saw no improvement. Despite being told that the laser was on the highest setting and that I needed to keep coming back and paying out of pocket for it to eventually work, I persisted with no success. There was no guarantee offered, unlike some other offices that operate on a "pay a base price until it works" system. I, with fair skin and very dark hair, followed all pre and post-care instructions diligently. To this day, I still have to wax my underarms weekly. Subsequently, I attempted the same treatment for my bikini line, attending around 12 sessions, which resulted in some long-term hair thinning but not to the extent I had hoped for. I still need to shave every other day. Overall, I spent approximately $1500 on treatments that did not deliver the desired results, with the staff encouraging me to continue despite the lack of progress. While most of the staff were friendly, I am disappointed that no one suggested stopping the treatments considering the lack of efficacy. I plan to try another company recommended by a friend to determine if it was the machine or my body's response. My dissatisfaction stems not from the treatment's failure but from the insistence on continuing despite minimal success.

I walked in without a prior appointment (it was my first visit), and despite their busy schedule, they managed to accommodate me. I was thoroughly impressed. I am now a loyal repeat customer and will be returning here on a weekly basis. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all my friends and family!

I discovered this hidden gem through an online search and initially planned for a pedicure only. To my surprise, I ended up getting my nails done as well. Let me tell you, Taylor is incredibly skilled with nails! She flawlessly executed my desired look, which is quite a challenge as I am very particular about my nails. She excels in shaping, precisely following my instructions on shape and size, and delivering the exact color I desired. Her attention to detail is exceptional, a rare find as many nail technicians tend to rush through appointments. The salon was immaculately clean and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease upon arrival. The only downside is that I am only in town for vacation, but I will definitely make it a point to visit Taylor every time I return to Long Island!
