Haircuts are consistently good, no complaints there. However, when I checked in online, it showed a 0-minute wait time. I entered my son's name and went directly to Great Clips. Upon arrival, there were three stylists present, two with clients in their chairs. One stylist was available, yet there was still one name ahead of us, despite our earlier arrival.
