Haircuts are consistently good, no complaints there. However, when I checked in online, it showed a 0-minute wait time. I entered my son's name and went directly to Great Clips. Upon arrival, there were three stylists present, two with clients in their chairs. One stylist was available, yet there was still one name ahead of us, despite our earlier arrival. This delay was frustrating as we were pressed for time.
I visited a new salon for a haircut and was dissatisfied with the result. Upon contacting Kristin, she assured me she could rectify the mistake. When I arrived, she quickly assessed the cut and assured me she could fix it. Despite her offer to correct it at no charge, I insisted on paying. She promptly accommodated me after finishing with her current client. In a short time, she skillfully corrected the cut. Her customer service was exceptional, and her hair cutting skills are truly impressive. I am extremely satisfied and will be a loyal customer from now on. To the salon owner, I hope you recognize the talent you have in Kristin. I am grateful for her efforts.
This salon may be suitable for men, but I would not recommend it for women. I requested a short cut and ended up with uneven layers, improper use of texturizing shears, and a lack of proper elevation and redirection in the front, resulting in a noticeable gap. One side of my hair is longer than the other, and only one side was texturized while my hair was wet. It was a nightmare. I regret not speaking up during the cut; I've learned my lesson about trying to save money. Hair takes too long to grow back, emphasizing the importance of a thorough consultation before cutting. Despite being passed between three stylists, none could achieve the desired result. I cherish my hair too much to wish ill, but I suspect they are already facing consequences.
