Regrettably, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Anna, who was designated as a TOP MASTER, handled my service and the outcome was a complete disaster. As someone who has been receiving Russian manicures for over 2 years, I can confidently discern quality work. Despite reaching out to the manager and providing evidence of the subpar service, no resolution was offered.
Top master Oksana delivers exceptional work at Nail Maniac Salon. The manicures last for a remarkable 3 weeks, growing out evenly. Despite the small size of the salon, it is impeccably clean. While the services may be on the pricier side, they undoubtedly outlast any other nail treatments I've experienced. My initial set even lasted an impressive 4 weeks!
Upon my first visit to Nail Maniac Salon, discovered through Instagram, I was captivated by the stunning cleanliness and beauty of the salon. The staff, particularly Oksana, exude warmth and friendliness. Oksana's meticulous technique and attention to detail truly shone through in the exquisite result of my nails. Having tried Russian manicures at various salons, this one stands out as my favorite thus far. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
