This nail studio surpassed all others I've visited. The team was incredibly kind, the studio impeccably clean. They executed my requests flawlessly. Without a doubt, I will return and wholeheartedly recommend it to loved ones.
My initial visit was highly disappointing. The individual at the first station on the right upon entering was rough and careless while removing my previous acrylics. The application of the new acrylic was messy and shape was not as requested. Despite voicing my concerns, the end result was unsatisfactory. Even after attempting to rectify the situation, it only worsened. The insistence on full payment without addressing the poor service was disheartening. The lack of accountability and customer care was evident throughout. A regrettable experience, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.
