**I went for laser on my face, they did not get the area I wanted, hair grew back each session, and blamed it on me being hormonal. I didn’t even finish my sessions because I feel like I’m not being taken care of or got my needs met at all from this place. Money hungry… something came up and missed the time appointment, and owed $25. Why would I pay more to come back to a place that sucks this bad?**
**Best place to get hair removal. They make you feel so comfortable! As if your part of their family. Very clean and well organized. Always offering great deals as well! I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Ive told everyone I know to check them out!**
**Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I purchased the Groupon and went to the consultation. Immediately Alex began pressuring me to buy additional services because the special pricing is only good right then. I asked them how many laser treatments are typically needed so I bought the additional 6. I signed and paid and when I got home within 30 minutes of the appointment, I realized the timing for the appointments wouldn’t work and I would not be able to use all of the sessions. I immediately called and asked if they could refund me for the additional 6 sessions since I had just bought them and received no service yet. I was told no it’s too late, the paperwork is a done deal. While this was a mistake on my part, I am shocked given how quickly I called to handle the situation that they refused to refund me. It just shows they value money over customers. I would avoid due to the way they conduct business.**
