A colleague suggested this establishment to me, and despite its convenient location, my experience left me disheartened. During my pedicure, both of my big toenails were painfully ripped along the sides, causing bleeding, and the acetone application burned. My feet were excessively filed to remove dead skin, which should have been minimal since I had recently done it myself, yet a chunk was left on the side of my toe that was already there. As for the acrylics, the sides of my nails were filed down so much that I had to repeatedly request the technician to stop as it was reaching the skin. While I understand that acrylics can damage nails, there is now nothing left on the sides of any of my nails, and they are all uneven, requiring me to shape them at home. The nail designs I requested had a base coat applied only once, resulting in a transparent finish. I've also received a sugaring treatment from her, which was equally outstanding and efficient.
