Just arrived in LA and was on the lookout for a top-notch nail salon. Thrilled to have discovered Crystal Nails. The establishment is impeccably clean. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Recently had a delightful pedicure from Alex and Crystal executed a fantastic job on my Gradient nails! I'll definitely be returning and marking this as a favorite spot! Ashley is an absolute joy! This is quite important when spending 2 to 3 hours in close proximity to someone working on your face. Even more crucial, she is a genuine artist who is deeply passionate about her craft. I absolutely ADORE my brows. It's only day 2 after the initial session, and I couldn't be happier. It took some time to get the measurements just right, but Ashley invests the effort to ensure the client is content and that the results are tailored to YOU. She takes great care in numbing the area thoroughly to minimize any discomfort. Ashley is the only person I will entrust with my brows from here on out. I wholeheartedly, emphatically recommend her. Oh, and her workspace is stunning and provides a very cozy ambiance. I've been a patron of LM before and after the new ownership, and I must say that I adore the new proprietors! Michelle is very approachable and always ensures I'm satisfied. The upgrades are charming, and the ambiance is calming. Sometimes I feel like chatting, and sometimes I prefer silence, but they understand either way.About
