Diamond Nail Avon

Just arrived in LA and was on the lookout for a top-notch nail salon. Thrilled to have discovered Crystal Nails. The establishment is impeccably clean. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Recently had a delightful pedicure from Alex and Crystal executed a fantastic job on my Gradient nails! I'll definitely be returning and marking this as a favorite spot! I've visited this salon for the third time. Initially, I was content with my pedicure but disheartened by the way they interacted with each other. On my second visit, I was impressed with my Acrylics, but once again disappointed by the treatment of fellow employees. During my third and final visit, I opted for a simple gel manicure. While the manicure was satisfactory, witnessing a new employee being terminated and told to "think for yourself," followed by an altercation between an employee and a customer, left a negative impression. Every visit, I observed two employees consistently being disrespectful to a younger female colleague. Although she was absent today, another young female was present but was dismissed on her first day. Due to these experiences, my family and I have decided not to return to Diamond Nails.

My first visit to Diamond Nails was truly delightful, and I'm thrilled that I took the chance! Tommy radiated warmth and made me feel right at home, assuring me of his meticulous approach. The service, hygiene standards, and quality of work were exceptional! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
