It was my inaugural visit to the Aventura branch for laser hair removal, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception from LEIDY. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with this individual. She dedicated ample time to the procedure, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Her meticulous approach extended to each hair, and I valued her gentle demeanor and the exceptional service she provided. This is now my go-to place, and I am extremely content with the service. Thank you, Leidy!!! You are exceptional.
Today marked my 5th visit to the Med Aesthetics Miami facility in Aventura, and once again, I departed feeling thoroughly content. I commenced laser hair removal treatment in August and witnessed remarkable results by the 2nd session. The entire team exudes friendliness and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their efficiency and speed are commendable. Two acquaintances recommended this establishment, and I wholeheartedly echo their sentiments. Outstanding team, my heartfelt gratitude to everyone, with a special mention to Jessica.
I underwent 3 morpheus treatments on my legs with them, and unfortunately, saw no discernible results. Despite taking before and after photos, there was no visible difference. The package was sold to me with promises of significant cellulite reduction (which did not occur). Additionally, they create the illusion of offering the best deal with their pricing, which is far from accurate. The total cost for these 3 sessions amounted to a staggering $3000, and they adamantly refused any form of refund, not even a partial one. I also invested in laser treatment, only to find myself with more hair than before. I anticipate a prompt response from them as soon as I post this, as their primary concern seems to be managing reviews, which is why I unfortunately fell victim to this DECEPTION in the first place.
