Absolutely terrible experience. I showed a picture and explained clearly what my son wanted, but the barber ignored it completely and cut his hair however he pleased. The response was rude, and now my son is upset and wearing a hat until his hair grows back. When I asked for the barber's name (Ed), the lack of politeness from him and the other barbers was evident.
Jersey Barber Shop is hands down the best I've ever been to. The service, people, and atmosphere are top-notch. I've been a loyal customer for a decade and have yet to find a better barber shop.
Jose displayed availability on the website but refused to cut my hair when I arrived for my reserved appointment. I drove 30 minutes only to be told he was done for the day. Disappointing experience.
