Great service and they welcome walk-ins. However, my pedicure experience was subpar with uneven manicure and pedicure results. The thickness and shape of the tips were inconsistent, requiring additional filing at home. Not worth the high price.
The staff at the salon is incredibly kind and welcoming, but that's where the positives end. When I took my mother for a pedicure, we weren't given any choices despite the menu offering them. The pedicure lasted only about 25 minutes with no leg massage, and the polish application was messy with polish ending up on my cuticles. My heels were also not properly scrubbed, as evident from photos taken 3 hours post-pedicure. Truly disappointed.
I love how my nails turned out exactly as I wanted, but the technician accidentally nicked me a bit. It wasn't a big deal, just a tiny cut. I would definitely return, even though longer nails come at an additional cost.
