One day, me and my husband went in this massage place and did a walk-in appointment. I wanted a full body massage, the lady who gave me my massage used oil and the entire experience was horrible, I wasn't happy after the experience. I believe this was a new employee at the time since I'm more used to the owners of the business as I had been a regular customer. As I ready to leave, this same employee who did my massage demanded me for a tip so I originally gave her $10 but she threw a nasty look at me and said this word for word, "$10 isn't good enough, I want $20 instead." After that massage, I was being generous with the $10 since I didn't have a $20 with me at the time, but after she said that, I replied, "I only have $10, that's all I can give." She replied, "I can change the money. It's fine."
