I've been a loyal patron of RM nails for numerous years. The hardworking, skilled, and lovely women at this establishment consistently uphold high standards of quality in their work. Their prices are reasonable, and they always strive to accommodate your schedule as best as they can. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Seek services elsewhere. I had my nails done here for my birthday, but within a week, they started lifting and coming off. When I returned to have them removed, instead of a proper soak off, the technician attempted to forcibly remove them with another nail, resulting in half of my index finger nail being torn off, causing bleeding. Despite my refusal to pay for the botched service, I was met with the response that it was 'unfair,' with only a meager discount offered. I begrudgingly paid $10 (originally $12) for a painful removal and a bloodied, hastily glued nail. I'd sooner trust a child with my nails than return here.

I've been frequenting this salon for almost a year now. Every visit is a delightful experience, as they consistently deliver top-notch service. I'd suggest requesting Lynn or the proprietor (whose name I've yet to ascertain). The entire staff is welcoming, and the establishment is well-maintained. I've never encountered any issues here. They always make a point to solicit my feedback during the appointment to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I find this salon preferable to an Anthony Vince Nail Salon. I always leave feeling pampered and content with my nails!
