Regency nails and spa

I phoned the salon to shift my appointment from 12.30pm to noon and called the morning of, the manager who answered said it would work for me and my niece. Upon arrival, she stated our appointment was at noon. I felt frustrated as she repeatedly denied agreeing to an earlier time, despite my phone confirmation. As a parent with limited free time for self-care, I was disappointed to waste 30 minutes and have to wait outside due to lack of a waiting area. The manicure was subpar, my gel polish chipped after two days. I requested round tips but the technician made the first one too short, forcing the rest to match. The pedicure was decent, but the massage chairs were outdated. I will not be returning.

This was the worst and priciest mani-pedi experience I've had. Opted for the basic gel mani and pedi, but the technician cut my skin with the Dremel, left parts of my toenails unpainted, and managed to get polish on my skin. Uneven gel application, uneven buffing, and uneven lotion application on my legs. The service took 2 hours and cost $90 (before tip!). Save your money and nails, find another salon.

I will not revisit. The french manicure I received was the worst I've ever had. I booked with Nina, who usually does a good job, but she was not available, and another technician took over. The result was a botched job that cost me $55 plus a 30% tip. The pedicure and kid's polish were satisfactory. Photos speak volumes, showcasing the imperfect, uneven white tips, lack of shine, and rippled nails.
