I've visited this salon once since my nail technician moved here, and I absolutely adore this place. It's impeccably clean, devoid of the typical nail salon scent, and the staff is friendly and lively. I'm thrilled to have found my new nail salon and eagerly look forward to returning!
So, exactly one week ago, I went to get acrylic nails, and I was quite disappointed. The nails are stunning, but my nail technician, who didn't introduce herself, accidentally nicked my skin with the drill. She didn't address the cut, and as she continued, my skin started bleeding. Two days later, I noticed a large bubble forming where the drill had cut my finger. Over the week, it worsened to the point where using that finger was excruciating. Late in the day, the bubble burst, revealing an infection. Instead of a confidence boost, I found myself spending time tending to my injured finger due to the bubble around the tip.
