I've visited this salon once since my nail technician moved here, and I absolutely adore this place. It's impeccably clean, devoid of the typical nail salon scent, and the staff is friendly and lively. Top-notch service and the stylists are incredibly friendly. The salon is spotless and well-organized. I phoned the salon to shift my appointment from 12.30pm to noon and called the morning of, the manager who answered said it would work for me and my niece. Upon arrival, she stated our appointment was at noon. I felt frustrated as she repeatedly denied agreeing to an earlier time, despite my phone confirmation. As a parent with limited free time for self-care, I was disappointed to waste 30 minutes and have to wait outside due to lack of a waiting area.
The manicure was subpar, my gel polish chipped after two days. I requested round tips but the technician made the first one too short, forcing the rest to match.
