I've never been there, I was visiting from out of state and needed my hair done and I found the perfect hairdresser! They knew exactly what I wanted, I was so pleased they also offered me other services which I took advantage of. I will definitely return to HAIR STUDIO when I visit again or I just might fly out just for their services. All three individuals were so nice, polite and even offered to escort me to my car with an umbrella since it was raining. Apologies, I had a brain lapse and can't recall their names, But one was the owner, another the hairstylist, and the receptionist. All provided exceptional services. Thank You For Helping Me Look Great for my special occasion.
Visited on my birthday and stated my preference, the person at the front suggested another service after a brief discussion. After some back and forth, it was finally entered into the system. During the service, my skin was cut and I was informed that I have sensitive skin and should avoid using any facial cleanser. I've never experienced my skin being cut or marked by any threading professional until that day. My eyebrows did not turn out well, and when the pricing was revealed, it seemed unreasonable for the quality of service. I understand the need for workers to be compensated, but the prices should be reconsidered, and the quality of service improved.
Lorraine was fantastic, I attended her beginners class for lash extensions and she took her time ensuring we understood the process. She was incredibly helpful and considerate, a truly excellent teacher.
