Endured an hour wait for a basic trim. No matter the locale, staff seem to pick and choose who they attend to next, or perhaps only the proprietor is skilled in both male and female styles. Another staff member appeared to exclusively cater to men. No clarification or guarantee that I would be attended to next, just left waiting. The iBrow Beauty Clinic provides top-notch customer service. Navi is incredibly warm and hospitable! I feel fortunate to have found them. They are kind and compassionate, showing genuine care for their clients. I was thrilled with the results of my eyebrow threading and Henna shaping done by Navi. I've never been there, I was visiting from out of state and needed my hair done and I found the perfect hairdresser!
They knew exactly what I wanted, I was so pleased they also offered me other services which I took advantage of.
I will definitely return to HAIR STUDIO when I visit again or I just might fly out just for their services.
All three individuals were so nice, polite and even offered to escort me to my car with an umbrella since it was raining.
Apologies, I had a brain lapse and can't recall their names, But one was the owner, another the hairstylist, and the receptionist.
All provided exceptional services.
