Only 2nd time I’ve been and was recommended by someone where I live. The first visit was great. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. This time the shape of the nail was terrible and uneven, all the old color was not removed and when I asked her about it she said she would file it down, and the nail polish I could have done better myself. Wonder if it was because the manager was off or the lady I got doesn’t normally do nails. Either way I’m very dissatisfied.
Came in for a fill. Wanted a natural-looking French tip nails. They seemed offended I mentioned we'd have to paint over this fill job instead of just the white tip. All discolored and awful looking. Nails lasted 4 days before they started lifting. All nails are different shapes and polish is streaky. Can’t believe I paid for this.
Sandy is my nail tech and she is always making my nails and toes look amazing. She not only is a very accomplished tech but she is also an incredible person. They take such great care of me every time I walk through the door.
