It was my first visit to Olivia's nails. I originally wanted gel x extensions, but Olivia explained how dipping powder would be a better choice for the health of my nails. So, I decided to give it a try, and I absolutely love it! Olivia is very meticulous, taking care of even the smallest details of my nails! My time at Calm Energy with Victor has been truly extraordinary. I have Fibromyalgia, and have coped with persistent pain for more than half of my life. I entered the establishment and presented a visual of my desired nail design. Due to language barriers, the technician struggled to comprehend my request. Although she painted my nails, she did not clearly communicate her inability to replicate the design. When I inquired about a similar alternative, she simply stated, "no design". If I had been aware of this limitation, I would have chosen a different style. This is such an incredible place to go. The acupuncturist has been absolutely amazing. 3 years ago my spouse was in a terrible work accident and they've been going to this place for 6-8 months, and the acupuncturist has been amazing to them. They've gone above and beyond to help my spouse. When it seemed like no one cared, or wanted to help my spouse they were really there for them, and they have even seen them free of charge at times because they care that much. We feel very blessed to have found them. They really are one of a kind with an incredibly big heart.
